Our Work

Helping cybercrime victims

A multi-disciplinary network of certified responders, and law and policy that gets victims justice fast.

Led by the Cyber Law & First Response Initiative, an ISAC Foundation centre. 3 commitments for 2030.

The problem and who we serve

Most victims never find a competent responder in the first 48 hours, and most cases fail on evidence. We train Cyber Crime Intervention Officers, publish the evidence standard, and make verified responders reachable.

Beneficiaries
Victims of online fraud and cybercrime; police and courts
Geography
India, with district-level coverage targets

Each Hacked911 city builds a network of fifty certified responders, so victims can find verified help close to home.

Our 2030 Commitment: 100 Hacked911 Cities

Open Source Forensic Labs

Help police turn digital evidence into justice.

Too many cybercrime cases fail on evidence. Open source forensic labs give police stations the means to collect and preserve digital evidence to a published standard.
